Hello! We are blessed to be a locally owned business in the heart of Dawson County. My name is Eric Manning, I am the sole Owner of Manning Plumbing and Septic. I have been plumbing since 2007 and I am a Master 2 (unrestricted) Plumber.

I value our company with our Core Statement: “Where quality of life meets honest prices”. We are a high-end plumbing company without corporate pricing. As we love to learn something new everyday, whether big or small, our goal is to grow to help as many people as possible.

I knew that I was very good at what I do when I was selected for “Master Craftsman, Builders of America” in 2013. Since then, we have earned multiple other awards including “Best of Dawson” 2019, 2020, and 2022.

I am a proud father of 2 baby men and an amazing and supporting wife. We have a small farm on the West Side of Dawsonville with more animals than I can name.

We absolutely LOVE what we do.
